Utah graduate schools has the highest percentage (75.06%) of students enrolled online exclusively - 48,184 out of 64,193 students enrolled online exclusively. Graduate schools in Washington has the lowest percentage of 16.53% - 6,361 out of 38,487 students enrolled online exclusively.
